Earthing Device

The grounding device is also called the grounding integration device: the device that forms the electrical connection between the electrical equipment or other objects and the ground. (building electrical construction technology). The grounding device is composed of grounding electrode (plate), grounding bus (indoor, outdoor), grounding down lead (grounding jumper), frame grounding. It is used to connect the electrical system with the earth. The metal object directly contacting with the earth to realize electrical connection is the grounding electrode. It can be either artificial or natural. This grounding electrode can be assigned with some electrical functions, such as system grounding, protection grounding or signal grounding. The grounding bus is the reference potential point of the electrical device of the building, through which the part of the electrical device to be grounded is connected with the grounding electrode.
