1 product introduction
Mc-qjd1 type calibration and calibration platform for mine gas sensors (hereinafter referred to as calibration platform) is a special purpose for calibration and calibration of gas detection instruments

The calibration bench can also be used for the detection and calibration of portable instruments such as methane detector and carbon monoxide detector.
2 main functions
2.1 the calibration bench can calibrate and verify 8 gas sensors at the same time.
2.2 the calibration platform provides a mobile standard gas cylinder car, which is equipped with four kinds of gases with different concentrations, so it is convenient for conversion, adjustment and disassembly
2.3 the calibration bench is suitable for the calibration and verification of the output signals of frequency output and current output type sensors. The calibration and measurement of the output frequency or current of multi-channel sensors can be conveniently realized through the conversion switch provided on the panel.
2.4 the calibratin table is equipped with a computer data acquisition device, which can display, store and print the sensor calibration results.
2.5 the air injection flow can be adjusted by the rotameter on the calibration bench panel
2.6 it is equipped with sensor connectors from different manufacturers, which is convenint for sensor calibration and connection.
2.7 the calibration bench is equipped with toxic and harmful gas exhaust fan to avoid airpollution in the laboratory.
3 main technical indicators
3.1 uncertainty of standard gas sample: Class II methane standard gas, uncertainty level ≤ 3%; class II carbon monoxide standard gas, uncertainty level ≤ 3%;.
3.2 uncertainty of calibration gas: methane calibration gas, uncertainty level ≤ 5%; carbon monoxide calibration gas, uncertainty level ≤ 3%;.
3.3 gas sample concentration: the concentration of methane and carbon monoxide standard gas and calibration gas is as follows.
