The mine gas sensor is used to continuously monitor the wind speed and air volume at the general return air lane, air outlet, main underground wind measuring station, fan inlet, driving working face, coal mining working face, etc. it can display the wind speed and air volume of the roadway in real time, ensure the safe production of coal mines, and is the reference of mine ventilation An important instrument for digital measurement.
Mine gas sensor consists of wind speed sampling device, power circuit, ad processing module, intelligent signal processing, display circuit, signal output circuit, etc. It is a kind of fixed intrinsically safe intelligent sensor used to measure air flow velocity. It can be used with various types of coal mine safety monitoring system. After the wind speed sensor for coal mine is turned on, it will enter the self check state, and enter the normal working state about 10 seconds later, displaying the wind speed value. It can be used to measure the velocity of air flow in every ventilation tunnel to ensure the safety of production. The wind speed sensor used in coal mine has infrared remote control correction function and infrared control automatic zero adjustment function, which makes the correction of the instrument more convenient and correct. Pay special attention to:
1) Do not expose the wind speed sensor or probe to rain and combustible gas;
2) Do not place the wind speed sensor in a humid, hot and dusty place;
3) Be sure to use it correctly according to the instructions. Do not dismantle or refit the components of the wind speed sensor;
4) When it is not used for a long time, take out the internal battery, do not wipe the sensor with volatile liquid, and the instrument is dry and ventilated.
5) Pay attention to the correct assembly sequence and correct assembly during assembly. The wind vane pole shall be inserted along the direction of arrow; the front and rear weight of the wind vane shall be adjusted and balanced, and the front and rear wing plates shall be in the same plane with the rotation axis; the north pole and the north line shall be in the same direction, first connect their plug-ins, and then suit them on the support sleeve.
6) Handle the wind speed sensor gently, do not fall or press heavily, and check regularly.
7. After that, pay attention not to touch the sensor part of the probe when the anemometer is electrified for safe operation.
